You retain all ownership rights to your User Data. By using the batapp Service, you grant batapp a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of:
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the batapp Service, you grant batapp the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
batapp offers various subscription plans with different features and user limits. Your access to features is determined by your selected plan.
Your Subscription will automatically renew for successive periods equal to your initial Subscription term unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you at least 30 days before each automatic renewal.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle.
If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service after 10 days' notice. Your account will be terminated if payment remains outstanding for 30 days after suspension.
You may use the batapp Service only for lawful business purposes related to fixed asset management and in accordance with these Terms.

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for the batapp Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your User Data, including encryption and access controls.

We will process your User Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
IMPORTANT: THE BATAPP SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATAPP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations to resolve disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, or widespread internet outages.
