Subprocessors

Last updated: 29 June 2026

To run batapp we rely on a small number of trusted providers ("subprocessors"). This page lists who they are, what they do, and where they operate.

The short version: We use providers for hosting, payments, email, analytics and error tracking. They only ever get the data they need to do their job. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

This page supports our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

How we choose and manage them

  • We only use providers we consider reputable and appropriate for the data involved.
  • We give each provider the minimum access needed for their service.
  • We use providers that offer data-protection terms (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for the data they handle.

Changes

We may add or change subprocessors as the service evolves. When we make a material change, we'll update this page. Enterprise customers can ask to be notified of changes as part of their agreement.
