Security Contact
Last updated: 29 June 2026
If you've found a security problem in batapp, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to report it responsibly.
The short version: Email us with the details, give us a reasonable chance to fix it, and don't break anything or access other people's data while investigating. We'll take it seriously.
How to report
Email [email protected] with the subject line "SECURITY".
Please include:
- What you found, and where (the page, screen, or request)
- Steps to reproduce it
- What you think the impact is
- How we can reach you for follow-up
If your report is sensitive, say so and we'll arrange a secure way to share the details.
What we ask of you
To keep everyone's data safe while you investigate, please don't:
- Access, change, or delete data that isn't yours
- Run automated scanners, load tests, or anything that could degrade the service for others
- Attempt denial-of-service, spam, or social-engineering of our staff or customers
- Publicly disclose the issue before we've had a reasonable chance to fix it
If you act in good faith and within these guidelines, you won't get into trouble for reporting — we'll consider your research authorised, we won't pursue legal action, and we'll be grateful for your help.
What you can expect from us
- We'll acknowledge your report and look into it.
- We'll keep you updated on what we find and what we're doing about it.
- Where it's warranted, we'll fix the issue and notify affected customers in line with our Privacy Policy and Security Overview.
We don't currently run a paid bug-bounty programme, but we genuinely appreciate responsible disclosure.
